• GoHighLevel: Customer relationship management platform, course and membership delivery, and marketing automation. Your account information, course progress, and associated data are stored within GoHighLevel's platform.
• Klaviyo: Email marketing platform used to send and manage our email communications. Your name and email address are stored in Klaviyo when you subscribe to our mailing list.
• Zoom: Webinar and live training platform. When you register for or attend our webinars, your registration information and attendance data are processed by Zoom. Privacy policy: https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your data with partners for joint marketing campaigns or lookalike audience programs beyond what is described in this policy.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payment transactions on our websites are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not directly collect, store, or process your full payment card numbers. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly and securely to our payment processor.
Your billing address and basic transaction information (amount, date, product purchased) are retained by us for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance purposes.
8. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
When you opt in to receive email communications from us, we will send you marketing emails approximately quarterly. These emails may include newsletters, product announcements, promotional offers, webinar invitations, and other communications related to our products and services.
We also send transactional emails related to your purchases and account activity, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, digital product delivery, and account-related notices. 9. MEMBERSHIP AND COURSE PLATFORM
We use GoHighLevel to host our digital courses, membership content, and customer portal. When you purchase a digital product or membership, an account is created for you on our GoHighLevel platform. Information stored in your account includes your name, email address, purchase history, course progress, and any other information you provide within the platform.
Your login credentials for the course and membership platform are separate from any Shopify account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
10. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our websites use SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors who maintain industry-standard security practices.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
